Mr. Simeon Asaboro

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Simeon Asaboro has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing and business administration from the Southeastern University, USA in 1997. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the Southeastern University, USA in June 1987. Prior to his college degree, Mr. Asaboro was in Europe from where he obtained a National Diploma qualification in Business Administration from College of Arts and Science, Cyprus in 1982.

Mr. Simeon Asaboro was the Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant at Acura/American Honda Motor Co., Inc. USA. He is a member of Council of Sales Excellence in the company. He was also at Southwest Distribution Inc./NADA, Washington, DC where he became the Company’s Chief Operations Officer with responsibilities for executing delivery operations within the defined operational area of Southwest Distribution and National Alternate Delivery Alliance (NADA).

Mr. Asaboro is experienced in both domestic and international business particularly in the areas of sales co-ordination, logistics and supply chain management as he was also a manager at Nationwide Alternate Delivery Alliance (NADA), Washington, DC as the co-ordinator of the NADA operations and the National Sales Offices in areas such as manpower and other resource management as well as foreign and domestic shipments of company’s products.

Mr. Bawo Oyowe

Senior Vice President

Mr. Oyowe studied Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University and worked for a Johnson & Johnson Company subsidiary; Ethicon Inc which is the world leader in manufacturing of medical sutures and wound closure technology with a market share of about 70% worldwide and 80% in the United States. While at Ethicon, he was assigned to co-head a Machine Shop Optimization Project (an in-house parts fabricating shop whose main purpose is to maintain, repair and support the main production floor machines and to help maximize up time and reduce downtime) in the San Angelo Texas plant.

In 2010, his detailed time studies, data analysis and recommendations to management gained approval by the New Jersey Headquarters for a $1.3 million New Equipments Funding placing the Machine Shop at the brink of full automation for the first time ever and reduced head count by 65%. Mr. Oyowe and his team created process improvements, best practices, determined staffing models, identified barriers to productivity and improved time management which in turn reduced the San Angelo Texas branch outsourcing costs by $350,000 that quarter alone.

He has received full training in the application of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing and is Green Belt Certified.

Ms Lydia D. Roberson

Director; Franchise Business, Finance & Admin.

She graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Processing/Computer Information Systems.  She has over 20 years of Information Technology experience.

She is currently the Deputy Chief of Operations and Maintenance at the largest transit agency in Washington, D.C.  She is responsible for managing various accounting and financial systems, such as, General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payables, Receivables, Billing, Human Capital, Budgeting, Customer Relations, and more.

Throughout her professional career, she has worked for a variety of Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations.
