As a full-fledge Company, the Group has the following subsidiaries to provide specialized services effectively and efficiently in the agri-business value chain:
Adventium Global Agro-Production Enterprises
We are invested in the healthy and sustainable production of what Africans consume. We guarantee safety measures that employ advanced systems for working personnel as well as the environment. For our production, we source arable lands from across our countries of operations. In doing so, we establish relationships with individual, family, communal, corporate, and government landowners either through partnerships, long leases, or outright acquisition.
Through Adventium Global Agro-Production Enterprise (AGAPE) Ltd, we:
- Establish Farms across Adventium Global’s State of operations.
- Cultivate (on a large-scale commercial basis) food and cash crops for processing by Adventium Global Processing Companies and third-party processing Companies
- Establish micro and large-scale livestock ventures and breeding programs for processing and for whole-sale retail and commercial sales including export.
In carrying out these services, the Company ensures that production meet both local and international standards whilst ensuring that its Corporate Social responsibility to all stakeholders are met. The Company works in collaboration with Adventium Global Engineering Ltd in executing its large-scale commercial mechanized crop and livestock production programs.
Agro-Processing Industrial Hubs
We have commenced the establishment of Agro-Industrial Processing hubs at strategic locations in Nigeria, either in collaboration with state governments under a public private partnership (PPP) model or solely as a Company.
Adventium Global Group has established a joint venture relationship (PPP) and taken over the existing Songhai Delta Farm, Amukpe, Sapele Local Government Area, Delta State, Nigeria which is currently being transformed into an Agro-Industrial Processing, Training, and Tourism Hub.
The transformation is being carried out by Adventium Songhai Delta Ltd, a joint venture company between the Delta State Government and Adventium Global Delta Consortium Ltd, a subsidiary of Adventium Global Group.
Adventium Global Logistics Services Ltd.
Our services would be incomplete without customer satisfaction. In achieving this, the Group ensures just-in-time product deliveries at the doorsteps of our corporate, commercial, government, retail, and export customers.
This process is made possible through the Group’s logistics and supply chain management company – Adventium Global Logistics Services Ltd with responsibilities for:
- Transportation and delivery services.
- Warehouse and storage facilities for individual, retail, commercial and industrial clientele.
- Construction of aggregation and distribution centers across the nation.
- Freight forwarding and export of both raw materials and processed products across borders.
Adventium Global Foods Ltd.
Raw materials, semi finished and finished products Aggregation, marketing, sales and export are critical aspect of the Agribusiness value chain and Adventium Global Foods has been set-up to deliver in this areas.
With Adventium Global Foods Ltd, the Group:
- Aggregate agro-raw materials for sale to processing Companies within the Group as well as to third-party processing Companies.
- Procure finished products from related processing companies and other third-party processing companies for distribution and sales to the domestic and export markets.
- Establish Departmental store chains for product sales across the country.
In delivering healthy and safe products across Nigeria, Adventium Global Foods works in collaboration with:
- Adventium Global Network in establishing alternative distribution, marketing, and online channels for wholesale and retail products as well as product promotion and digital marketing.
- Adventium Global Logistics Services strategic warehouses across Nigeria for agro-raw materials and processed products.
- Adventium Global Energy Technologies for provision of green or clean energy technologies and energy saving solutions as well as environment and waste (including agricultural, biomass, MSW, hydrocarbon, etc) services across the Group.
